Yoga For Beginners Workshop
Never done Yoga before? Unsure of what to do in a Yoga class?
Have no desire to put your foot behind your head!
Then this Workshop is for you.
If you’ve been thinking about trying Yoga then this is the perfect Workshop for you. Or perhaps you want to gain a better understanding of Yoga or brush-up your Yoga skills.
Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes or you’re not flexible, as you will learn basic Yoga poses, including:
• Sun Salutation sequence – a sequence of 12 postures which are traditionally performed at the beginning of most yoga classes.
• A step-by-step guide to simple yoga poses including standing postures, forward and backward bends and twists.
• Yogic breathing practices – which calm the mind and body.
• Relaxation techniques.
The aim of the Workshop is to provide grounding so that you can progress to a regular yoga class with confidence and ease.
It’s geared towards being relaxed and informal, and they’ll be time to ask as many questions as you like.
