Tuesday 10.00 to 11.30pm – Gentle Restorative Yoga
This class is helpful for those working with injuries, illness, chronic pain, or who simply want to relax. It’s a nurturing, feel-good class which offers simple stretching movements designed to help you improve and maintain flexibility. We will focus on the breath, meditation and Yoga Nidra, a deep healing relaxation, which allows the body, mind and nervous system to let go, allowing deep healing to occur.
Thursday 11.00 to 12.30pm – Ageless Yoga for Everyone
A gentle approach to Yoga isn’t simply about moving slowly – this class is about tuning into your body and being kind to yourself. The class will be informal and relaxed with traditional breathing practices, short meditations and postures, and of course relaxation. It’ll be non-competitive with no pressure to keep-up with other students.
