Monday 11.30 to 1.00pm – Ageless Yoga for Everyone

A gentle approach to Yoga isn’t simply about moving slowly – this class is about tuning into your body and being kind to yourself. The class will be informal and relaxed with traditional breathing practices, short meditations and postures, nd of course relaxation. It’ll be non-competitive with no pressure to keep-up with other students.

Tuesday 10.00 to 11.30pm – Gentle Restorative Yoga

This class is helpful for those working with injuries, illness, chronic pain, or simply want to relax. It’s a nurturing, feel-good class which offers simple stretching movements designed to help you improve and maintain flexibility. We will focus on the breath, meditation and Yoga Nidra, a deep healing relaxation, which allows the body, mind and nervous system to let go, allowing deep healing to occur.

Wednesday 5.45 to 7.00 and
Saturday 09.00 to 10.30 – Beginners and Improvers

These classes welcome students of all ages and abilities. We focus on the power of simple postures done with attention to awareness of body, breath and subtle alignment cues. Postures can be modified for your unique body structure.
