Small and Individual Sessions
I’m excited to announce that I can now offer private classes and small group classes in my Studio at home or, if you prefer, in your home.
For beginners – we’ve all been a new student at some time and I understand how intimidating it can be walking into a Yoga class for the first time. These classes are perfect for those who are new to Yoga and would like to learn the basics before starting a class at the Yoga Glow Studio in Beccles.
For experienced students – I can help you deepen and strengthen your practice with posture alignment, modifications and developing a balanced home-practice that goes beyond what I can offer you within a group class.
Too busy to attend regular classes but would like to start a practice? Then individual sessions in your own time are perfect for you. One to one sessions are suitable for everyone regardless of age or experience, they allow you to progress at your own pace and achieve your goals in your own time.
During a session I will:
* Evaluate your posture, assess your requirements, flexibility and specific needs.
* Build a tailored home-practice to suit your own goals and requirements.
* Guide you through an individual yoga session.
Get the same experience as a private yoga class, but invite your friends, family and co-workers to join you. My small group classes promote bonding in a positive and peaceful environment. I can address each person’s unique needs and provide the attention necessary to strengthen their practice. Smaller groups are especially great for building relationships and having fun.
Corporate Yoga & Meditation at Work
As the number of sick days add-up, cases of stress related illnesses increase, anxiety and depression are growing, obesity is reaching epidemic levels… there’s never been a better time to invest in employees happiness and well-being.
YOGA – From head-standing ‘old-hats’ to brand new beginners I can tailor a program for your needs. Even if there’s no room to roll out a Yoga mat, or time to get changed into Yoga gear, I can design a practice of Chair Yoga where you’ll practice postures sitting on, or standing by your chair, which will specifically target the aches and pains of desk bound work.
MEDITATION – Mindfulness meditation is happening everywhere from the NHS to Parliament! Although meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, it’s becoming increasingly popular due to recent studies which suggest that regular practice is an effective treatment for:
* Stress, worry and anxiety
* Lack of focus
* Relationship problems
