Private and Individual Sessions
Either in-person or online via Zoom
If you find it difficult to join a regular Mindfulness course, or you prefer to complete the course individually or to practice with one or two others whom you know, then the course can be customised to your requirements and availability.
Private sessions follow the same course schedule as the traditional Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, although the sessions would be shorter in length, approximately 1½ hours. You will receive the full-course materials; Mp3 guided mindfulness meditations, workbook.
One-to-ones are available to complete beginners and those with an established practice who wish to take their meditation practice a little deeper.
Mindfulness in the workplace
My approach to teaching mindfulness in the workplace draws on the same evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course that I run. These include the mindfulness practices that have been shown to offer a wealth of benefits for people, both as individuals and as employees or team members.

Introduction to Mindfulness
A good place to begin is with an Introduction to Mindfulness that will provide your participants with a better understanding of what mindfulness is, its history and benefits as a practice for health and well-being, and how they can develop a simple practice to benefit them beyond the session.
This type of session can be tailored in length and format. They are a popular addition to team away days and conferences and provide individuals space to consider how learning mindfulness might support them personally and professionally.
