At the end of an MBSR course it can be hard to keep up a regular mindfulness practice by yourself and most people feel the desire to continue engaging in the practice with some support.
This will be a drop-in group so there is no need to register. It will be a simple format – a mindfulness meditation, discussion into the practice, as well as any other mindfulness questions you may have, finishing with a short meditation, depending on time.
This is a chance to refresh your practice in a supportive environment.

Please note: that Mindfulness practice groups are for people who have completed an MBSR/MBCT course or equivalent or who have a regular meditation practice. It is not an introduction to mindfulness.
