Mindfulness Practice Group
Every Tuesday 6.00 – 7.00pm, Live via Zoom
After completing a Mindfulness course, it can be hard to keep up a regular meditation practice by yourself. Most people feel the desire to continue engaging in the practice with other fellow-minds. It’s a great way to unwind and recharge for the rest of the week.
This 1-hour drop-in, via Zoom, is designed for those who have completed a mindfulness course or have an existing meditation practice. The class consists of a guided meditation practice, a short talk and will open up for reflection at the end.
You will need a quiet, private space, where you feel comfortable to engage in the practice.

Note: This session is intended for people who already have a meditation practice. If you’re new to mindfulness I recommend that you start by attending a mindfulness course or an introductory session.
