Start your year with this day immersion into the replenishing practices of Yoga and Mindfulness – the emphasis being relaxation and renewal.
The day will be suitable for all levels of experience and will include gentle yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep, healing meditative relaxation).
The day is designed to give participants the time to reconnect with themselves and leave feeling revitalised and rejuvenated.

Although those who attend a Mindfulness (MBSR) course experience great benefits, almost everybody finds that at times they struggle to keep-up a regular practice. This is why a refresher session helps rejuvenate practice, as well as the upsurge of wellbeing that comes with it. You will be guided through meditation sessions, but as part of the day will be in silence, there will be time for group discussions at the end of our practice..
This session is open to both those who have completed an 8 week MBSR/MBCT course, or those with an established meditation practice (not recommended for beginners). Includes a light lunch
