I believe that Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, size, religion, flexibility, occupation or circumstances.
My goal as a teacher is to share my knowledge and inspire you to improve your health, well-being, relationships and work.
You may have heard that Yoga will help your body feel better, this is true, but it’s also just the beginning. It’s a whole body philosophy involving working with breathing techniques, stretching movements, postures and relaxation/meditation. These practises create harmony between mind, body and spirit; you’ll leave classes relaxed with a clear, calm mind.

In the 8-week MBSR course and the 4 week Mindfulness for Stress & Anxiety course you’ll learn mindfulness strategies and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, appreciate the current moment, and get more out of the everyday moments in your life.
